Welcome to Teachers for the Nations

II Timothy 2:2
"And the things you have heard Me say in the presence of many witnesses entrust to reliable men who will also be qualified to teach others."

By God's grace, we want to bless the nations of the earth. We emphasize the value of strong Christian character and want to lead the present generation into an understanding of the nature and character of God, along with biblical principles of education and government. The goal of this program is to disciple nations through education.

Does God want you to train a generation of world-changers?

Teachers For The Nations is a program that YWAM workers designed in order to equip teachers to educate this generation with Christian principles. These principles can then be applied, changing societies for Christ. Students are trained at the Dayspring Center in Tyler, Texas and complete their training in the classrooms of Christian Heritage School.

What is the "Principle Approach"?

The Principle Approach method reveals how a philosophy of education determines a form of government, which therefore shows that a biblical philosophy of education will lead to a government that runs with the greatest liberty. This liberty allows the gospel to be spread freely.

Using the Principle Approach method, a Christian form of reasoning that applies biblical truths to individual lives and society, a teacher trainee will be taught by the headmaster and other staff how to disciple a nation through education.

“Your view of history
is your view of God.”
—Katherine Dang

You will study Universal History from the Providential view of History, which demonstrates God’s hand working from the beginning to bring Liberty to each individual and each nation. “The more thoroughly a nation deals with its history, the more decidedly will it recognize and own an over-ruling Providence therein…”
